What We Do

We are a local chapter of 350.org that is committed to taking action for our environment. We achieve our mission through political, educational, and grassroots activism.
The Earth’s environment is in a crisis. Climate change is flooding cities, threatening food security, destroying soil and forest ecosystems, and melting glaciers that have been around for hundreds of thousands of years. In addition, it is causing millions of people to become climate refugees, decimating crucial pollinator populations, and quickening the spread of tropical diseases to the north. We, as members of our global ecosystem, need to take action for Mother Nature and minimize the impacts of climate change in any way we can. It is resting on our shoulders to keep our world safe and preserve the beauty of our environment for future generations to appreciate.
